Commission Stylist
We are looking for commission stylists who care about their craft and the people in their chair. Whether you are building your book or ready for a fresh place to grow, Desert Rose Retreat offers a warm, elevated setting where your work and your client relationships can shine.
We value strong consultation skills, thoughtful service, professionalism, and a team minded approach. Experience with dimensional color, blonding, extensions, or other specialty services is welcome, but we are most interested in meeting stylists who are reliable, motivated, and excited to create a great experience for every client.
Salon Manager
We are also looking for a dedicated salon manager to help keep Desert Rose Retreat running smoothly each day. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, customer care, leadership, and organization skills. You do not need to be a hairstylist to be a great fit.
The right person will be comfortable supporting the daily flow of the salon, welcoming clients, helping with scheduling and communication, keeping details organized, and creating a calm, polished experience for both guests and the team. Previous salon experience is helpful, but proven management or administrative experience and a warm, professional presence matter most.
