If there is ever an issue with your color, cut, or service performed by the stylist, we will gladly make it right at no charge.

Our Guarantee:

• If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify your stylist within 72 hours of your appointment.

• The work must be completed or corrected within 7 days of the original appointment.

• No charges will apply for these correction services if made within the specified time frame.

 

Additional Work & Changes:

• Any requested adjustments or additional work not discussed during the initial consultation will be considered a separate appointment.

• These additional appointments may incur extra fees depending on the scope of work.

 

Scheduling & Fees:

• To ensure quality and attention, all adjustments or new services require scheduling a new appointment.

• Additional fees may apply for services outside the original scope or for changes requested after the initial consultation.

 

Cancellations:

• We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel appointments to avoid charges.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the service booked and local regulations.
